This policy explains how Turbyn uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. Read it together with our privacy policy, which describes how we use personal information and how to contact us.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage allow websites to store information in your browser for similar purposes. Session storage is generally removed when the session ends. Persistent cookies and local storage remain until they expire or are deleted.

2. Necessary storage

Necessary storage supports functions such as remembering privacy choices, maintaining authenticated sessions and protecting access to the application. It is separate from optional marketing analytics.

Where the HubSpot consent manager is available, preference cookies such as __hs_opt_out and __hs_cookie_cat_pref record whether you have accepted or declined cookies and which categories you allow. HubSpot documents a six-month duration for these preferences. Other consent-related storage may be used to retain your choice and avoid repeatedly displaying the banner.

The Turbyn application uses authentication and session storage associated with Clerk and Firebase to support sign-in and account access. Blocking necessary storage may prevent those functions from working.

3. Optional analytics

Where enabled, the following services help us understand visits, referral sources and interest in Turbyn. Optional analytics is activated only after you give analytics consent.

HubSpot documents six-month durations for hubspotutk and __hstc, 30 minutes for __hssc, and the browser session for __hssrc. Cookie lifetimes may restart when a cookie is renewed. See HubSpot’s cookie documentation for details.

Factors.ai uses persistent identification and browser storage for cached properties and queued events. Our website removes its known first-party identifier and associated local-storage entries when you withdraw analytics consent. You can also remove stored information through your browser settings.

Not every visitor will receive every cookie listed here. Storage depends on the features in use, your preferences and your browser settings.

4. Managing your preferences

You can accept or decline optional analytics through the cookie banner. When consent controls are available, select Cookie settings in the website footer to change your choice. Declining analytics does not prevent you from reading the website or contacting us.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking through our website but does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or automatically delete information already received by a provider. Contact us to request deletion of personal information.

Changing your choice may reload the page. Preferences apply to the current browser and device. If you delete cookies or use another browser, you may need to set your preferences again.

5. Browser controls and privacy signals

Most browsers let you inspect, block and delete cookies and other site data. Consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions. Blocking all storage can affect sign-in and other necessary features.

Our website respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not loading optional marketing tracking when those signals are enabled.

External sites, including services you reach through links or integrations, have their own storage and privacy practices.
